Providing in-depth support to implement one or two particular business strategies that have either came from the Business Health Check-Up or something you have already identified and would like assistance implementing. We would be the project lead under your direction to ensure implementation is complete and successful.
IV. Temporary Integration
In-depth, intensive and driven support to accomplish major change in your overall business for an extended period of time on a rhythmic schedule. We would contract with you for a determined period of time to lead an agreed upon effort to accomplish significant change in your organization that has been identified and desired.
This is an in-depth company analysis. It includes the Executive Overview, but goes much deeper. Through owner meetings, personnel evaluations, observing/analyzing all functional areas of your business, competition reviews and much more, you will be provided with functional scorecards and an overall scorecard of the business. The scorecard will include a detailed action plan with suggested processes and/or plans to implement in order to assist you in achieving your objectives.
Review of your financials, sales, customers, vendors, inventory and key metrics. From this review and analysis, you will be provided a report on all key components of your business - cash flow, profit leaks, customer concentration, sales/gp performance, inventory metrics, etc. Accompanying the report will be suggested prioritized action items to reduce liabilities and increase profit.
